Welcome to your Pacific Beach home base, a relaxed and stylish 1-bedroom studio retreat designed for easy beach living and comfortable downtime. Inside, warm textures and modern conveniences create a space that feels both elevated and approachable, while the private outdoor patio extends your stay beyond the walls with room to unwind after a day around San Diego. Bedroom: features a King bed with fresh linens, multiple sets of backup bedding, comfortable pillows, Smart TV access, closet storage with hangers, and easy access to the ironing essentials stored inside the closet. A portable baby crib is also available for traveling parents. Bathroom: The bathroom is located inside the primary bedroom. Guests sleeping on the sofa futon, will have to go through the bedroom to access. Fully stocked with essentials including hand soap, body wash, towels, hair dryer access, and storage underneath the sink for extras. Living Area: designed for relaxing after the beach with comfortable seating, Smart TV entertainment, wall-mounted heating and AC controls, and a small collection of board games for quiet nights in. The couch is a futon with extra bedding found in the primary bedroom closet. Kitchen & Dining: includes a full appliance setup with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea pods, toaster, kettle, cookware, dinnerware, and cooking basics including salt and pepper. The dining area offers a cozy place to enjoy meals or plan your next day out. Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use. Laundry pods are conveniently stored beneath the kitchen sink. Outdoor Living: Step outside to your private patio area featuring outdoor seating, ambient lighting, and a propane fire pit for relaxed evenings. The outdoor setup creates a comfortable extension of the living space and makes the home feel uniquely Pacific Beach. Kindly respect our no parties or events policy. 🚫 Registered Guests Only – Only individuals listed on the reservation may be on the property during your stay for safety and comfort. 🍽 Wash Dishes Before Checkout – Please clean and put away any dishes you’ve used before you leave. 🚽 Due to the sensitive plumbing in the beach area, we kindly ask that nothing be flushed except for toilet paper. 🗑 Remove Trash to Outdoor Bins – Kindly take all trash to the outdoor bins before departing.
